Heather Graser

Lead Mixologist

Heather Graser started her career in restaurants as a hostess in high school, where she developed an interest in pursuing hospitality. She quickly moved up through the industry in Northern Virginia, joining the Trademark team in 2011. While also having a dream to travel, Heather moved to the US Virgin Islands for 16 months where she bartended and learned new “styles,” working with tropical ingredients. After moving back to NOVA & getting acclimated from “island time,” Heather found her roots right back at Trademark where she became the lead mixologist. Heather’s cocktail, “Yule Tide Fog” won 2nd place in a company-wide holiday craft cocktail contest in 2018. Heather’s passion for the industry keeps her motivated to try new things and to create the next best cocktail!
